Just when you think you couldn’t beat Honey Moon…. along comes this beauty!
This is seriously awesome stuff! I can’t stop squeezing this onto a spoon and eating it straight!
Just like Honey Moon, at first it tastes like a really nice maple syrup with the heat arriving very soon after… it’s really lovely stuff!
It can be used on all sorts of things that usually requires maple syrup… so far I’ve had it on some ice cream and straight off the spoon (which I have to stop!)
You have to get some of this, you won’t be disappointed!

The scotch bonnet peppers take this maple syrup to another level!
A perfect balance of hot and sweet, the scotch bonnet peppers do not overpower the taste of the maple syrup but instead enhance it. They add a lovely sweet kick to whatever you drizzle it on.
My favourite way to enjoy Maple Moon is drizzled over a white base pizza, topped with ham hock and smoked pancetta.
