Spicy Lime Chicken Marinade
This spicy marinade is perfect for summer barbecues, dinner parties, family gatherings, and everything in between
- 150ml Full Moon
- 60ml olive oil
- 60ml lime juice
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cloves of garlic
- In a medium bowl, whisk Full Moon, lime juice, olive oil, oregano and garlic until combined.
- Place chicken in a large resealable bag and pour in marinade; refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
- Remove the chicken from the bag and place on the grill over medium-high heat. Grill for about 4 minutes on each side. Squeeze fresh lime juice over top and serve immediately.
