Hot Butter

A perfect steak/burger topper, or use to cook with, this hot butter is the perfect blend of creamy and spicy.

  • 250g salted/unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Full Moon
  • Cream the butter and add in the Full Moon
  • Put into greaseproof paper or kitchen foil and roll into a log
  • Place in fridge until set
  • Cut into disks to serve
