Honey Moon Soy Sesame Garlic Chicken

A quick and easy meal with a great sweet and savoury flavour.

  • 4 tablespoons Honey Moon
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 red onion
  • flour/cornflour
  • Put about 2 tablespoons flour or cornflour in a sealable bag.
  • Cut the chicken into bite sized pieces and add to the bag. Shake well to coat.
  • Finely chop the garlic.
  • Mix the Honey Moon, soy sauce, garlic, sesame seeds and 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.
  • Chop the carrot into thin batons and chop the onion into ¬†quarters
  • Add the remaining oil to a heavy bottomed pan and heat to medium high heat.
  • Add the coated chicken and stir until browned.
  • Add the carrot and onion and stir well for a minute or two.
  • Add the sauce ¬†and story quickly to coat, until the sauce has thickened.

Serve with rice.
