Breakfast Cupcake

Quick & easy, this breakfast cupcake is a great way to kick-start your day!

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 rashers of bacon
  • Salt & pepper
  • Grated cheese
  • Herbs
  • Full Moon
  • Lightly cook bacon.
  • Wrap bacon into a cup inside cupcake tin.
  • Whisk eggs in a bowl, add herbs, a dash of salt & pepper and Full Moon.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 200°C.
